In a world so out of balance, it is not ‘they’ who are the problem – it is ‘we’ who must become the change we seek.
Healing from within, one song at a time
Friend Village strives to transform through music and art, mending the wounds we inflict on ourselves and each other. Founded by musicians and medical professionals, we hope to shed light on the darkness within so we can be our better selves for the sake of our children’s future.
What We Do
- Support emerging artists—especially those in need—with equipment and resources so they can keep making music that can make a positive change.
- Bring modern music education (songwriting, producing, engineering) to underserved youth through school and community programs.
- Teach young people about hearing health and the dangers of loud noise.
Equipment Donation
Empowering Donors, Transforming Lives
We provide music equipment, electronics, and instruments to emerging and independent artists in need — selected based on their current setup and how they plan to use the gear. Contact us to apply.
We make sure every donation reaches someone who’ll put it to good use, starting with our local Los Angeles community and growing from there. Donors receive tax documentation and convenient local pickup. For more info on donating, Contact us.
Writing Camps
We host music writing workshops that turn songwriting into a tool for change — helping artists craft songs with messages that matter. We bring modern band skills into classrooms and the community, giving young people tools that can open doors.
Hearing Health
At the launch of our second album and nonprofit, we are handing out earplug carrying cases to protect delicate inner ear hair cells from irreversible noise-induced hearing loss.
Help us make hearing protection the norm — not the exception.
Just a $1 gift provides one long-lasting aluminum carrying case with silicone earplugs, to protect the people most at risk: our younger generation, concert-goers, sports fans, etc.

We also aim to provide free hearing screenings for music professionals with limited access to healthcare. Our partners include medical professionals who volunteer their time to educate the public on hearing health.
